    Create transportation service for the NYC homeless shelter system. Each boro would have bus stops & transport vans that would complete the shelter loop every hour or so (like Fordham Univ. vans). Those needing to get to their assigned shelter, or an Intake shelter, could use the service w/out the need to rely on public transport or police. A barrier to helping street homeless, esp. most intrenched or infirm, is the ability to easily transport them when they are ready to go.
